Grab a friend or 2 (or 3) and workout together. Working out in a group setting can be a great motivator. Just like my private 1 on 1 sessions the 30 minute program is designed to hit all body parts and keep the workout at a fun fast pass. Each workout will include small circuits of 3-4 exercises targeting a specific body part.  Push yourself and your friends to work their hardest and you will see results in no time!
