I love carbs. There, I said it. But I know that I need to keep myself in check. While enjoy eating carbs I am always looking for some delicious and low cal recipes. There is just something about the smell of toast….mmmm

These recipes are great for breakfast, lunch or a snack and they are all under 250 calories!
My favorites are “The Goob” (I also tried swapping the grapes out with strawberries, YUM!) and the “The Caprese”, I LOVE fresh tomatoes!
