The program is designed to hit all body parts and keep the workout at a fun fast pass. Your workouts will include small circuits of 3-4 exercises targeting a specific body part. Each individual exercise is only 30 seconds, then we move on. You can do anything for 30 seconds! And as busy as your day is you can find 30 minutes to do something for you.
